Hi there, I’m DJ.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in work with students and young adults navigating a stage of life filled with both exciting opportunities and meaningful challenges. My goal is to help you approach yourself with more compassion and your life with more courage.
In therapy, I offer a space where you can think out loud, slow down, and explore what’s weighing on you. With a background in psychodynamic therapy, I tailor my approach to your needs: sometimes that means being actively engaged and curious with you; other times, it means holding space while you express what’s been difficult to name.
This is a confidential, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns- not to fix you, but to understand you. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of connection with your strengths.
